Several times in raids my mega would somehow be taken out immediately or I would attack and it would not count toward shield this happened multiple times

My wife and I wasted so many raid passes due to this. I would love to have my passes and items back. Some research with stuff we lost plus a cool Pokemon at the end would be great too. Thanks for speaking up.

I was affected and I live in Latam I sent a report and have video evidence. and it DID use my passes. I have decided not to do any more remote raid passes, Always end up losing money.

We need more ways to acquire free raid passes. If it took me 30+ raids in 1 day to get a mega mewtwo X why was I only given 9 passes?
