40mph in a school zone, with kids in her car. Car doesn't have registration sticker, no bill of sale with her. It's technically not his business where she's going but then she had to litter.

I would have let the throwing the ticket out the window slide if I was the cop. I’d hand it back and explain if she throws it out again that’s littering. That being said she’s way in the wrong. Also the cop was polite and professional. What a headache!
