It doesn't hurt your eyes at 30. That used to be the standard. Everyone wasn't walking around with sore eyes because of 30fps.

fps honestly doesn't matter but what I can say low fps on a high hurtz does looks like ass, however honestly anything higher than 165hz is a waste of money 😅 I will still be fine playing st 30 or 60 fps tho as long as I can play the game
