@billycoachcoff: ✅BECOME A MORE VIOLENT HITTER — WITHOUT GETTING STRONGER.🔥 Defensive coaches spend hours coaching the point of contact. But the collision is often decided by the last step before contact. We call it The Shift — the cymbal crash after the drumroll. Where that lead foot lands determines whether the athlete transfers mass into the tackle or kills their own momentum before the shoulder arrives. The hips must follow the direction of the front heel as the shoulders and torso drive towards the ground. This loads the lead foot with bodyweight and momentum, creates a greater ground reaction force, and stretches the power fascia through the lead leg. That force is then redirected upwards into the launch phase. This is where violent intentions become violent action. But when the hips drop behind the heel — or fall into the space between the feet — the athlete opens the trap door. The hips fall straight down. Momentum disappears. The shoulder may still find the intended pocket, but it arrives without the punch required to manipulate mass, destroy the ball-carrier’s intention route, and dominate the collision. We call that stepping the fence. The correction is tripping the kerb. Step the fence and the hips collapse between the feet. Trip the kerb and the athlete drives their mass over the lead leg, into the ground, and violently back upwards. That is how a defender uses the tools they already have to create a heavier strike, a more dominant launch, and a far more violent finish. The concept is simple. But most athletes have never been taught it. Now you know. ✊ #Football #nfl #tackle #defence@Max Bates @l_mencho22

This guy is promoting shoulder injuries because he doesn’t allow for late movement, if a runner is dumb enough to run straight at someone then big hits are easy and that’s the runners fault. You should be launching with both legs plus shoulder and always stay on your toes. Watch you opponents feet when making contact.

First help me. Imagine you are in a 1v3 in a sevens match on the wing, but all your teammates are far away. How are you supposed to defend. Thanks
