It is very interesting to the fine minds of our country engaging on the debate about the technicalities within the jurisprudence, I don't think that the white woman is creating red herring on purpose, I think the accused selected her based on the knowledge that she can bail him out and she's fighting to the bitter end accentuating her understanding of the ethical codes. The issue of color doesn't feature into this debate and as a public it's better for us to observe without prejudice.
