the only answer is a calorie deficit, eat whole foods and lift 3x per week

You already know you need a calorie deficit, but the battle is fighting your brain every meal. Figure out what triggers you to eat, find ways to “trick” yourself and each time your brain catches up with each trick, find a new one. And never run out of your low cal food or you will lapse and order out. I had 60cal Greek yogurt cup everyday for breakfast, one pack ramen for 370cal for lunch, then a more full supper to finish out my calorie deficit. Then I got tired of being hungry in the morning so I had more calories in the AM and none for lunch and maintained a bigger meal for supper cause I knew myself enough to know I love to “gorge” when I get home from work (still limited to like 700-800 cals). I looove ice cream so the 400 cal Halo Top ice cream pints you can get are a lifesaver

Do just dance for like 45 mins - an hour a day, it's actually so good and fun even if you feel awkward or think you look stupid, I just started it yesterday because I've tried so much with having possible PCOS and it seemed great and I googled if it would work beforehand and it said it's really good actually.

Oops your post said “one” thing. I would say Greek yogurt is bomb and easy to buy a bunch of and helps me get by

It really is mind over matter and you can do this. If you need to be snatched immediately, just know the bigger your calorie deficit, the more likely to gain it back later. A deficit of no greater than 500 cals is recommended. 1 lb roughly equals 3000cal, so it should take you about a week to lose a pound (idk what that is in metric). Anything more than that can be harmful on your body. But if you just absolutely need to do more than that, just try your best to be healthy and not malnourished and know you look incredible as you are now. You are powerful and I hope the best for you!
