If you are struggling with lust, firstly, you are not alone. Every single person on on this Earth struggles with lust, even if they say they don’t. I lust and sin all the time, no matter how holy I appear to be. Now I know I am a boy, but i’m writing this too my sisters as well. You are not alone. Now, there is no destroying lust, because it will always be there. Now what you can do is change what occurs when it comes up. When you feel the temptation kill it immediately. Get up, go occupy your mind with something else, pray, read a book, go for a run. Do not give lust the environment to take over. Lust takes over in the quiet and the dark. When no one else is around, and when you have nothing else to do. So what can you do, kill that environment. Immediately. Now, about looking at others with lust. We are all made in the image of God. To pervert one another is to pervert the image of God. That woman or man is made in the image of God, and carries his likeness in them. No matter how they’re dressed, or how they are showing themselves. His image and likeness is carried in them. How does God look at us? Well we are his children. We are his love and joy. Try and look at others like he would, pure and with love. For we are all brothers and sisters under Him. Look at one another as he looks at us. Guys, I could not stress this enough, please wait till marriage. If you keep giving it to random people you will always carry them with you, since the Bible tells us when you do it, the two of you becomes one flesh. How then can one become one flesh with multiple people? Doing it is a gift saved for your future wife / husband, so please save it for them. You were never meant to know anyone else, only them.
