@abcnews: The Jackson County District Attorney’s office will present evidence in the death of Nolan Wells to a grand jury, attorney Ben Crump announced Wednesday. The grand jury will decide if there is enough evidence to formally charge any individuals for alleged involvement in Wells’ death. The family has also enlisted a team of former federal law enforcement to investigate the case independently.
