I agree. I'm in my 40s and in my 20s I never had to tell a man to plan a date or worry about who was paying, they did it all. I fear a lot of younger women are accepting scraps and men think "Oh I can get away with this & still get a girl, sweet!" We all should want more because we are worth it. Having dated a few gen z'ers was very...eye opening is all I'll say haha

You can't really be a trad wife and go 50/50. I hope they're aware of that. Also yeah I've been seeing more of this talk recently, it has to do with the red pill uprising. Typically the younger generations get better over time but theres been a backslide with gen z, I can go into reasons it happened but I really don't feel like getting into it.
