Take your fiber, drink/eat your protein and exercise. It only works with movement. It’s not a super hero peptide. You still have to work for it in the gym

I did have side effects in the beginning but it got better. Now the only thing I have is this tired feeling 😭 if I’m moving I’m fine but if I’m sitting still I’m so tired and of course I work at a computer so that doesn’t help!!!
