@inventionontt: Original Video Credit: IG/makkhan4973 A CAT 120 motor grader powers straight into towering piles of aggregate, sending its front axle climbing over the loose material as the blade begins reshaping the road. Despite the dramatic movement, the machine continues distributing the gravel into a smoother, more even surface. Its centrally mounted moldboard is angled to cut into the pile, carry the material sideways, and spread it across the roadbed in a controlled pass. As the grader moves forward, the operator continuously adjusts the blade to maintain the desired grade while reducing high spots and filling low areas. Motor graders are designed to produce the precise foundation that roads depend on before final compaction and paving. Even when tackling large stockpiles, the combination of blade geometry, machine balance, and operator skill creates a consistent surface that improves drainage, durability, and ride quality. when you get the job by undercutting everyone else then have to make up the difference by reducing your hours on site.
