its a weird trend in general and i hate it. i promise you that most middle schoolers would understand this and find it really uncomfortable. but yes, if a six year old thinks it weird, thats a little concerning.

100% agree with you on the trend. That's so gross. However, as a teacher, you'd be shocked what children learn at school from their peers. Even as low as kindergarten. It's insane what I've heard these kids say to eachother. The parents are the root problem, but they're not the only problem.

Yeah my kids wouldn’t react at all. I’ve been referring to him as daddy since they were born. Not in a sexual way just in reference to him as a father lol.
