this is an older one and if Emery served me correctly he did get fired over the incident and people got one hell of a settlement what's sad about things like this is that it shows how truly pathetic cops are and how weak minded they are that they let their egos override any resemblance of common sense or logic. They know that they have a fucking dash camera, they know they have body cameras, and they know that people are recording them constantly with cameras all over the place
