You can have objective moral structures and virtue ethics without higher powers, these have existed pre-christ. Based on autonomy you could argue parent-offspring interfamilial relationships have power dynamics. You could argue familial relations are stronger than romantic relations as urges can fade but blood is forever so a sibling dynamic change isn't preferable. There are many angles you could argue this from, if you believe religion is the only origin of virtues with objective structures you are mistaken.

It’s bad because often it involves power imbalances reinforced throughout their childhood, in most cases an older sibling throughout there entire life has had more power and is an authoritative figure. years of dependency or emotional influence can make genuine consent more complicated. Also even if it seems to be consenting relationship it often very difficult to know for sure. Which makes the general statement that “interfamilial marriage is wrong if u don’t have kids” a pretty logical one
