Guys I wasn’t moaning about the airport, it’s the start of the summer holidays, this was just supposed to be a warning for those travelling soon. When we went away for the weekend in the Easter hols it took us 10mins total from bag drop off to through security, just wanted to make you aware incase you are travelling from BHX during the 6wks 🥰

We flew in June, it took us 3hrs 45 mins In total to Que to drop our bags off and get through security, we almost missed our flight.

i flew from birmingham 2 weeks ago. took us 30 minutes to get through baggage and security all together. i think it depends on the timing

There’s two security check points at BHX, one is the other side of the airport up the escalators and is always so much quieter (although this was 2022)
