Set and forget to get the most tender meat, and they have multiple cook settings for different meals. If there’s one appliance I recommend to you guys, it has to be this one SAVE RECIPE 👇🏼 • 1kg Chuck Steak, cut into chunks • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil • Salt & Pepper • 2 Onions • 3 Carrots • 3-5 Garlic Cloves • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste • 1 1/2 cups Shiraz • 2 cups Beef Stock • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire • 1 Tbsp Butter • Parmesan Cheese • Rigatoni, cooked as per packet instructions Method: 1. Pat steak dry, and season with salt and pepper 2. In your pressure cooker on the sauté setting, add oil and cook beef for a few minutes until browned. Remove and set aside 3. Add onions and carrots, and cook for 3-5 minutes until softened, then add your garlic and cook for another minute before adding tomato paste and cook off for another 1-2 minutes 4. Pour in the wine and simmer for around 5 minuted until the wine reduces 1/3 of the way, then add stock, Worcestershire, and beef. Turn pressure cooker on for an hour, then release steam. 5. Remove beef and shred, before putting back in along with butter, your cooked rigatoni, parmesan, mix to combine until thickened and enjoy #ragu #pasta #asmrfood
