As an amebo pro, the gist finds me all the time 😂. I’ll always act like I don’t know at first, then I drop one or two things like I’m actually on their side. After, I keep shut and wait for the other party, and do the same. Now, I have the full gist and I can now go download it to people who do not even know the parties I got the gist from 😂

No truer words. Also add: You must know when to exchange gist for gist. For some people, what gets them going is receiving gist first so it creates an illusion of a safe space. But my rule of thumb is telling them an ‘Open Secret’. Something that people already know or speculate. For instance, there might be rumors of salary increase in an office, you can regurgitate that rumor to make it seem like hot gist if you get more specifics like the increase percentage
