we just announced our third is a boy after having 2 girls and I was just explaining this to my husband! I feel sad woth people being like 'finally your husband will have a boy' like, he would have been happy with another girl too!! healthy is the important part!

People made it seem very tragic when I was pregnant with my son saying aw maybe next time, now people say aw you will have to try for a girl next and they are honestly shocked when I say I want my next to be a boy as well so my son has a brother😂

My MIL really wanted a daughter and instead had 3 boys. You know what happened? She raised 3 fantastic men, became a wonderful MIL, and is going to be an amazing grandmother to her granddaughter.

Same! I’m due with my girl in November and have a boy. I said to my family when we got pregnant I didn’t care what it was. If it’s another boy that’s amazing too! I won’t be having another to try for a girl or anything. I am 2 and done. That was always the plan. No matter if I had all girls, boys or both. 🥰

Totally get that, I'm the same and everyone thinks it so great that I'll have a boy and a girl. And I am happy cause I did want a girl but also there's a little sadness. I love having a boy and he really wanted a brother and it would have been amazing for him to experience that. Plus my main group of friends all have girls and they're like "yay, another girl for the girl gang" which is really off-putting for me cause what about my boy, that way of thinking really isolates him!

when i was pregnant with my last baby, i had everyone saying i hope its another girl (i had 2 boys and a girl) to make it even numbers, i just kept saying we will see what happens, found out he was a boy and the amount of people who were utterly disappointed he was another boy was crazy, meanwhile i was and am still so happy to have 3 amazing boys,

I promise that no one is ever happy with what gender you have even if you’re over the moon about it! I’m having my 3rd girl and she’s absolutely our LAST - But the amount of people that say we need to try for a boy… Did we not play gender roulette every time we tried for a baby?! 🤣

I had my second boy 2 and a half months ago, and I cannot keep up with the ‘so are you going to try for a third so you get a girl’ 😩
