Hello, good morning sir please I have a question. I opened a Kuda Bank account, but since I created it, I have never been able to withdraw or use my money because my account has always shown as temporarily locked. I have emailed Kuda Support several times, but I have not received a solution. Because of this, I reported the issue to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), and they are now handling my complaint. However, my account is still locked, and I cannot access my money. Kuda does not have a physical branch in Abuja where I can go for assistance, so I feel stuck. If the issue is still not resolved after the CBN process, what are my legal options? How does someone take legal action against a bank in a situation like this? Could you please explain the process and what steps I should follow? Thank you for your guidance.
