This officer, #1, called him, and I quote, "a fucking idiot," which shows us the frame of mind and attitude that, he had against the man he captured, which showed why he beat the guy up. He was in no way, trying to loosen that belt. After he finished having his fun beating the man's ass, he simply unwrapped the belt. Pure BS!!! 😠 😡 😤 😣 😾 😠

Firing was not enough. There should be charges pressed against the cop beaten him, I don't believe he was loosening his belt. He beat him. Then tazing him when he needed medical help. They said he was an idiot so we know their state of mind
