Answer: ኮምፒዩተርዎ ጥራት ያለውና ዶክሜንት ፎቶ ማንሳት የሚችል እንዲሁም Selfie Camera/Webcame ካለው ይችላሉ! ©ከሀገር ውጭ ለሆንን ሰዎች National ID የግድ ያስፈልገናል ወይ? Answer: አያስፈልግም! ©©ከሀገር ውጭ ለሆንን ሰዎች ምን ምን የግድ ያስፈልገናል? Answer: Passport, Valid Email Address, and Electronics payments i.e. any international payment systems! ©በአካል መሄድ አለብኝ? ዶክሜንቴንስ በአካል መላክ አለብኝ? Answer: በፍፁም! The sytem is fully authomated በአካል መሄድ አይጠበቅበዎትም! ©የተረጋገጠውን/Authentocated የሆነውን ዶክሜንቴን የት ልቀበል? Answer: የተረጋገጠው ዶክሜንትዎ PDF ሆኖና QR code verifications ተካቶበት በኤሜልዎ(as file Attachment) ሆኖ እንዲሁም በ SMS & Whatsup (as a Link እስከ የግል ዶክሜንት ሚስጢር ቁጥር (password) ይላክለዎታል! ዳውንሎድ አድርገው ለሚፈልጉት አላማ ይጠቀሙ! ©መስፈርቶችን እንዳሟላሁ በምን ልወቅ? Answer: Apporved የሚል ቴክስት፣ ኢሜል፣ Whatsup text & SMS ይደርሰዎታል! እንዲሁም ሲስተሙ/App ውስጥ "Form" እሚለውን ሲጫኑ በReference ቀጥርዎ "Approved" ብሎ ያስቀምጥለዎታል! ©Reference Code ጠፋኝ ምን ላድርግ? Answer: በ telesign.et/ ወይም በማንኛውም የኢትዮ-ቴሌኮም contact center መንገዶች የተመዘገቡበትን ስልክና ኢማል በመናገር ኮድዎን ይቀበሉ! ©Rejected የሚል ሜሴጅ ደርሰኝ ምን ላድርግ? Answer: Reason for Rejection እሚለው ላይ የተመለሰበት ምክንያት ይቀመጣል! ©Reject ካደረገብኝ ሶስተሙ የከፈለኩትን Consider ያደርጋል? ወይስ ድጋሜ ያስከፍለኛል? Answer: ድጋሜ ለከፈሉት ገፅ ሌላ ክፍያ አይከፍሉም! ሲስተሙ ላልከፈሉት ብቻ Calculate አድርጎ እንዲከፍሉ ይመራዎታል! ©ከአቅም በላይ በሆነ ምክንያት የስልክ እርዳታ ቢያስፉልገኝ? Answer: በSMS በሚያገኙት ስልክ ይደውሉ! ©Mesob እሚለውን ከመረጥኩ ምናልባት እርዳታ በአካል ቢያስፈልገኝ የት ነው አድራሻው? Answer: የFDRE Mesob አገልግሎት ማዕከላት(A.A. የGerji around Imperial Hotel, Piazza etc.) N.B. የክ/ከተማ ወይም የክልል Mesob ማዕከላት አይደለም! ©ሲስተሙን ደጋግሜ ብሞክረው ችግር አለው? Answer: ችግር የለውም! ነገር ግን Daily Request limit ስላለሁ ሲስተሙ ለ 24-ሰዓት ያግደዎታል! ©የ Telesign Password ጠፋብኝ፣ ምን ላድርግ? Answer: በመግቢያው ላይ "forgot password" እሚለውን ተጭነው በስልክዎ ወይም በተመዘገቡበት ኢሜል በሚመጣልዎ OTP መነሻነት ፓስወርድዎን ይቀይሩ! ©በቴሌ ሳይን የተረጋገጠ ዶክሜንት ልክ በወረቀት እንደተረጋገጠ ዶክሜንት ህጋዊ ነው?
