It’s so easy to miss parts of the story, especially when the guide is moving around, or facing away from you. This time was different. Marie used @optaura the live transcription app she created - to follow the tour in real time as the guide spoke. It meant she didn’t have to guess what was being said or miss those moments that make the experience so memorable.
