@anakitchendiary: Hawaiian chicken & potato bake 🥔🍍 ✨ ingredients: • 3 large potatoes • 1 tbsp oil • salt, black pepper, dry parsley • 1 tsp dry garlic • 650g chicken breasts • half of onion • 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise • 200g pineapple chunks • 150g cheddar cheese 🧑‍🍳 method: • prep the base: toss potato slices with oil, salt, pepper, garlic -> arrange tightly in overlapping layers at the bottom of a greased baking dish • add chicken: beat the chicken breasts until thin, then season with salt, pepper & dry parsley -> lay flat directly over the potato layer • layer toppings: spread a thin, even layer of mayonnaise over the chicken -> scatter onion rings -> top evenly with the well-drained pineapple chunks • bake & cheese: cover the dish tightly with foil -> bake at 190°C for 30 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through -> remove foil -> smother the top with grated cheese -> bake uncovered at 190°C for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown • enjoy 🧡 #hawaiianchicken #chickenbake #dinneridea #potatobake #cheesychicken
