I'm a massive introvert too. And yet people message me and say they wish they had my confidence on camera. I also had a huge visibility block. But I shifted from talking to an audience to pretending I was on facetious with a friend. My personality just started naturally coming through. Once I'd edit out all my ADHD tendencies but now I leave them in.

Once you get past it, It’s so much easier to speak on camera than to people. People’s reactions and micro expressions can make me more self conscious in real life but a screen doesn’t do that. I can get everything out that I want to say without worrying people are bored because I don’t see their reactions haha
