Most women in the dating scene claim to not have this expectation but the facade always crumbles. One thing about it is that, your partner & relationship might be new but you will always be a mother, and you will always operate from that point. It’s no different to co-parenting, if your partner does anything nice for their own child & doesn’t extend that curtesy to your own - it’s never nice & might eventually build grounds for a split up
