@realthespartanceo: 1. Make sure the “Bottom” of the front door, threashold , or foundation slab line is Above the middle of the street. If not you need to investigate more bc the house may have “settled” too low causing massive issues you don’t know about yet. 2. Always find the water main and clean outs and try to ensure there are no blockages. That’s way more important than what level of granite is on the counter tops. 3. You don’t need to become a GC but you definitely need to think like one..having said that there is No substitute for experience. #realestate #realtor #investor #wholesaler
