The 300 threshold is silly. Treat the symptoms not the number. It took me a year stepping up my dose. I went up from 350 to 1500. Back down to 1100 which is where I feel the best physically, emotionally, and the least symptomatic. But this is the Army, sooo... make it make sense doesn't really apply.

Also what is going to be considered low. Because 300 isn't anywhere near optimal but it's "normal". Yeah for a 70 year old man. The science that says Test Supplementation is bad is so old and out of date.

Yea mine was in high 100s low 200s and prescribed TRT to get up to 600s. Overall feel better
