@starboy6312: The morning routine behind my high fashion physique. I start my day with lemon water, an iced coffee, and posture/mobility exercises to wake up my body and improve my alignment. Then it’s time for my pre-workout, gym session, strength training, and cardio ,building the discipline behind the physique I’m chasing. After training, I come back, shower, take care of my skin, and have my post-workout meal. Today it was around 130g of protein,honestly more than I usually need in one meal, but I’m focusing on fueling my body and staying consistent with my goals. Then I spend time studying and working on myself. The goal isn’t just the physique.
