Many years ago, in a bar, I saw a really nice, though rather homely guy approach a lady at the bar. He asked to buy her a drink (they were almost next to me). Her response was “look at allll of me, now look at alllll of you, does that make sense?” Guy left, never saw him again. This was almost 16 years ago. She died of liver cancer about year ago. Karma keeps a balance. I hope dude is doing well.

I know im not conventionally attractive. All my friends say I just need to try to start a conversation. I did once, her friends snickered and she talked down to me like I was a lost dog basically saying not interested. im nearly 30 and at this point I know im not that old but id rather die lonely than be humiliated like that again.
