what would you say it is when it blows fine sometimes, sometimes no air comes out on passenger direction sometimes does, and then temp wise if i turn the ac or recirc on it turns the air right down and blows practically hot, it was 30psi overgassed when i had it looked at not long ago so they let it down into the green band but they said it could be the compressor, could i bring it to you at all your not far

don't forget to replace the cab air filter. I had that problem not so long ago. it was like having an asthmatic gerbil blowing at me

My car has been to 3 garages now, it doesn’t need re gassing, it’s going to Audi on mon now, only had it 5 months 🤯

a pressure test you mean, pressure testing with gauges will tell you at what pressure your system is running, so you can tell if the refrigerant is low or not. you vacuum it before you put gas into it.

The main issue is people don’t want to pay the price for air con repairs, they think they can pop to Halfords and get a can and top up their system themselves. That’s when they put air into the system lol

Why pay for a test when it just might need regassing they’re not going to say “oh the test was fine it just needed gassing just pay for that” as if

if your aircon is blowing cold there is a leak,sensor failed or pump failed. its a sealed unit and should never need topping up. 10 years yes replace the gas and oil to keep the pump healthy.

Never understood how a sealed system that isn’t leaking can loose pressure and need re gassing. Am I wrong to think if it’s lost pressure there must be a leak somewhere
