I’ve met countless of drivers using their handphone, watching movies on their dashboard. But I’ve also come across them checking GPS.. and most times GPS is inaccurate and they keep searching. What I’ve done is to assure the uncle no need to check and I will direct him. Otherwise I’ll gently tell the uncle I’m scared we get into accident if he is busy checking.. some uncle will go quiet but they understand and speak in an unhappy but respectful tone… some will say “ok you show me ah” some will complain the GPS makes them go in circles.. and I’ve witnessed that before too… good and bad drivers yes.. but I believe instead of causing them to lose their rice bowl, we try to have a conversation with them first… unless they’re rude and obnoxious, we try a more civic approach first 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I hope your kid and you are ok

sometimes old folk driver not familiar with the road direction and need the map to guide. There is nothing wrong on watching the map. No point video and put it online. if you feel uncomfortable, just remind the driver instead.

I would tell him to stop checking his phone immediately or stop the car, if he continues I will report him to TP or LTA. This kind of driver should not be on the road. He is high risk to all other road users
