Fun fact, many women have heart attacks that go undiagnosed. Sometimes they dont even realoze what the pain is and just keep on going.

actually they hurt more than heart attacks. I'm a female so I definitely have experienced some pretty severe period cramps and I have also had a heart attack and my heart attack was nothing compared to a period cramp. The only thing that I can compare to something like that and it's not even a comparative it's above and beyond period cramp pain would be toothache it's the only thing that is worse to me.

I kind of find it accurate. My mom had three heart attacks when her doctor asked when they happened. She looked at him like he was crazy and said I've never had a heart attack. She has the scar tissue to prove she had three and had no clue

Yep, and with lack sleep as well because our stomach and back cramps are so severe many of us toss and turn all night... while lying on a heating pad and medicated to the max!
