LAZY LASAGNA BAKE 🍝 (rigatoni edition) All the flavor of lasagna, none of the layering. This is one of my go-to family dinners when it’s too hot to fuss but everyone’s still hungry. Here’s what I used: • 1 lb lean ground beef • 1 jar marinara sauce • 1 box rigatoni • 1 container cottage cheese • 2 cups shredded mozzarella • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning Boil your rigatoni, brown the beef, season and mix with sauce. Layer it up with cottage cheese and top with mozzarella in a baking dish and bake at 375°F for about 25–30 mins. That’s it! Cozy, cheesy, kid-approved.
