I experienced this too 😭 And super nakakatakot. Nagsisimula siya from sleep paralysis, and every time na nilalabanan ko yung sleep paralysis, lagi akong nagkakaroon ng false awakening. I always end up leaving my body. Akala ko gising na ako, but no 😭 I’m in astral projection.

Naranasan ko to ate and I'm not kidding! I'm sharing my experience with this kasi first time na nangyari sa'kin to it really creeped me out talaga, it was morning na and ofc as usual si papa lumabas para bumili ng almusal and then suddenly tumayo ako sa bed ko kasi gustong gusto ko samahan si papa mamalengke for our almusal. everything seems fine naman tinatry ko pa nga kausapin nun si papa but hindi niya ako sinasagot so hinayaan ko nalang I didn't think too much about it, I saw na bumibili siya ng ingredients to make sinigang as well, and there's this little chair na binili niya for my little sister! like this image you see below, it was pink and squeaky and it was a mini mouse design! so after that I didn't mind at all I was happy pa nga eh. Pauwi na si papa and I saw this light, yung araw na sobrang liwanag and then the next thing I knew is that I woke up. IN. MY. BEDD. 😭😭😭
