I've seen his profile and you are right on his approach to the dog. He's a professional boxer. A lot of people in the comments insist the woman is pregnant or sick and the dog is protecting her. which i could see that being a factor in the dog reacting like he does when the owner engages like he does

I taught my German shepherd self protection due to my father being horrible to dogs and now if someone tries to ht her she’ll think it’s a game and play bite hardly. My ex friend tried to ht her and teaching her that really paid off🙏

To me it looks like the dog has that tendency to be a bit protective of the woman to begin with and he’s starting to provoke it thinking it’s funny. One day the owner and dog will have to pay for this.
