Ooof! As long as she doesn’t seem too uncomfy it’s probably fine. If she starts having diarrhea or a very firm belly, that’s when you prob wanna go to vet!

This happens to my dog usually early in the morning. I think it's from the belly being empty through the night. So I wake her up at 1 am and feed her a biscuit and then at 430 am and give her a couple more biscuits to keep this from happening. It doesn't happen as often now but when it does she won't eat till the sound stops usually around 3 pm then she eats normally again.

Mines do that when they're either hungry or have a very mild upset stomach that usually results in a soft(er) stool; Pro-Pectalin helps with that

don't feed for 12 hours and then give bland diet... boiled chicken and rice (if not allergic) and see how they react. I have a shepherd that gets a bubbly stomach sometimes. I just give rice with some water in it because she can't have chicken. sometimes I'll cut up half a banana and put in it.

That’s my stomach when I lay to my left and my fridge compressor makes a similar sound as well.
