Everybody I’ve seen talking about this situation. It’s just giving mean girl like that. Woman seems so nice so sweet so bubbly and all of y’all are clowning her on the Internet. It’s literally ridiculous. Even when big women take the initiative to do the things they need to do to get active and lose weight y’all still clown them. She could lose 100 pounds and y’all were still tell her she’s still fat. I’m so sick of you mean girls and boys.

So the problem is, 1. This video was taken TWO YEARS AGO. TWO YEARS. 2. Whoever decided to resurface it took out a ton of context and made it seem like she’d barely been out for a mile before being airlifted for heat exhaustion when in reality they’d been out all day and she just unfortunately had the Runs at a bad time. 3. Lots of people are just making shit up about what happened. The trail they were on is a 12 mile long trail (NOT 1.2) and there is no source for the temperature that day “only” being 62 out. There is also no source for the group getting hit with a $70k bill or that she had Hashimotos. This whole just sad because the original video literally stems from a group of ppl doing hiking content for plus size people and here yall go again making fun of plus size people when seemingly NO one actually went and found the original account and watched the full unedited video.

Apparently, she has a medical condition that won’t allow her to regulate body temperature and they had gotten wet. She even got diarrhea and pooped so I guess she really was sick.

she has done multiple hikes before… she is actively putting in the work. it’s a MEDICAL condition that can lead to seizures, nothing to do with her weight. it is genuinely sad to see people try to hate on a girl instead of being nice. it costs nothing to spread kindness

1. she has hashimotos disease 2. the helicopter was free 3. the hiking trail was inaccurate and longer than 2 miles i think the creator said it was about 12 4. theres a storytime on @Chelsea•Hobbit Hiker🌻 channel in the yosemite playlist that explains everything that happened, and it had nothing to do with heat stroke or being fat. it was her autoimmune disorder.
