Cover and set aside in a warm place until doubled in size, about 2 hours Remove cover, deflate dough by pressing in the centre and knead lightly. Stretch to a rectangle then fold sides in and roll to a loaf shape Place into your lined loaf pan Cover and prove for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and once your dough has proved bake for 25 minutes *to speed up proving you can place in your oven at 30-35 degrees for 45 minutes for the first prove and about 10 minutes for the second. #homebaker #breadrecipe #easybaking #EasyRecipes #baking
