Ghost only mistake was not taking out Kannan. All chain of event with kannan led to his demise. With ghost being the lieutenant Governor that would have made the show more interesting. More work and more complications

I always said this, ghost was shocked when he found out Tariq said Kanan told him ghost killed breeze. I think Kanan and breeze killed ghosts dad together, then they fell out and Kanan wanted the top spot but breeze would’ve seen him coming so he tricked ghost into doing it by telling him it was only breeze who killed his dad. The last chance ghost gave him was the chance to come clean for what he did and that jazz about breeze getting everyone killed was ghosts way of manipulating Tommy into it. Kanan helping ghost find his dads murderer is why he trusted him so much
