@cbsnews: Surveillance video captured the moment British Iranian journalist Pouria Zeraati was stabbed outside his London home in what a judge later described as a state-sponsored attack carried out on behalf of Iran. Earlier this month, two Romanian men were convicted over the stabbing. This week, the U.K. announced plans to proscribe Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps, which has a history of targeting dissidents abroad.
