Easy homemade Qeema veggies….sooo delicious and quick recipe 😍 Ingredients * 1 cup oil * 1 cup potatoes, diced * 1 cup carrots, diced * 1 onion, chopped * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 350 g minced meat (keema) * 1 tbsp cumin * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp red chili powder * 1 cup frozen peas * 1 tbsp salt * Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish) Method: 1. Heat the oil and fry the diced potatoes and carrots over medium heat for 5–8 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion until lightly browned. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. 3. Add the minced meat, cumin, black pepper, and red chili powder. Cook until the mince changes color. 4. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for 5–6 minutes. 5. Add the salt, then return the fried potatoes and carrots to the pan. 6. Cover and steam on low heat for 5–8 minutes until everything is cooked through. 7. Garnish with fresh coriander and red chilies. Serve hot. #veggies #keema #potato #viral #foryou
