Your take on project managers is wrong, they should specialize in balancing large teams which is a different skill than doing the coding or building or marketing

Yes those consultants. They tell the bosses to do the same thing we’ve told them for yes with fancier words and pictures and THEN do they actually help the client implement it? Oh no. That’s for us grunts to do😩😩😩
