The human body is one of the greatest proofs of Allah's power and wisdom. Every movement we make, walking, bending, writing, even blinking, depends on the 360 joints that Allah has created within us. Modern science confirms this number, yet it was mentioned over 1,400 years ago in the words of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ said:
The human body is one of the greatest proofs of Allah's power and wisdom. Every movement we make, walking, bending, writing, even blinking, depends on the 360 joints that Allah has created within us. Modern science confirms this number, yet it was mentioned over 1,400 years ago in the words of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Every one of the children of Adam has been created with 360 joints, for each of which he must give alms." (Sahih Muslim) SubhanAllah, not only does this hadith reveal a scientific truth long before its discovery, but it also connects our physical blessings to our spiritual duty. Every joint is a gift, and for each one we owe gratitude to Allah. That gratitude is shown through charity, good deeds, dhikr, and acts of kindness. The 360 joints in our body are not random. They are a reminder that every detail of creation is designed with purpose. From the smallest cell to the largest bone, the human body testifies to the Oneness of Allah, the Best of Creators. Next time you move, stretch, or even lift your hand in prayer, remember that your body itself is a miracle and a trust from Allah. Let every motion be a form of worship and gratitude.
