@aguyandagolden: I love my @Spectrum Mobile and recommend it to everyone. Fast, reliable, and always there when I need it. But when I had a vision of what life would look like if my dogs had Spectrum Mobile too… let’s just say we’re sticking to Spectrum Internet for now. For everyone’s safety. #SpectrumPartner

Here’s what you’re gonna do every day to get better sleep for your baby (and you!): And yes, I know this works, cause it’s exactly what I’ve done to get both my girls (including my velcro baby Evie) sleeping 10-12 hours through the night in their own cribs. ✔️Follow age-appropriate wake windows (not generic advice) Most people say “2-3 hour awake time” but that’s way too vague. Your 4-month-old needs completely different timing than your 8-month-old. When you get the timing right, babies fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Managing sleep pressure can be 1/2 the battle! ✔️Use the right settling technique for YOUR baby’s temperament This is where most families get stuck. They try one method that worked for their friend’s baby and when it doesn’t work, they think their baby is “broken.” The truth is, sensitive babies need different approaches than easy-going babies. And there's more than one approach! ✔️Protect the foundation nap that makes everything else work There’s one specific nap that, when you get it right, makes bedtime easier and night sleep longer. Most parents don’t know which one it is or how to protect it. It can also throw off the rest of the day when the balance isn't right. ✔️Master the earlier bedtime sweet spot Getting your baby to bed at the right time (after the newborn stage between 7am-8am) is what unlocks those longer 10-12 hour stretches. Most parents keep their babies up too late thinking they’ll sleep longer, but it actually backfires. The key is having a plan that’s specific to your baby’s age and temperament - not generic advice that leaves you guessing. And if this is something you are serious about committing to this month, my 5-18 month old sleep program gives you exactly what ya need!
