Symbiote :
Garrintians 7:23–27
23. And it came to pass that he looked into his vessel, and behold, there remained but half a cup of garri; and great was the silence that fell upon his countenance.
24. Then was his spirit troubled, for he knew not whether cold water should multiply its volume, or hot water transform it into eba. And after much meditation, he chose the path of hot water.
25. Thus was eba brought forth. Yet there was no soup, neither egusi, nor ogbono, nor okra to accompany it. Nevertheless, he murmured not.
26. For he perceived that an empty stomach seeketh not luxury, but peace. Therefore did he consume his eba with gladness of heart, drinking only water as its faithful companion.
27. And his belly was made heavy, and his soul found rest. Then did he proclaim unto himself, "He who awaiteth soup before he eateth shall sleep hungry; but he who embraceth what remaineth shall yet conquer the night."
