🇵🇷 Comida puertorriqueña auténtica en Chicago | Restaurante Ponce 🍽️🇵🇷🔥 Visité Restaurante Ponce en Belmont Cragin. Te transporta a la Isla del Encanto 🇵🇷✨ Las dueñas son puertorriqueñas y la comida está super auténtica. 🔥 Para empezar pedí uno de mis favoritos: el Jibarito de bistec. Es como un sándwich, pero con tostones en lugar de pan, y viene acompañado con arroz con gandules. Y una salsita… ¡picosita! 😂🌶️ Pero qué delicia de Jibarito. Tienes que venir por uno. 🍲 También probé el Sancocho por primera vez: carne de res, elotito, yuca, maduro y arroz blanco. Perfecto para estos fríos de Chicago ❄️ 🤤 Y claro, los antojitos puertorriqueños: alcapurrias y rellenos de papa. Bien crujientes y sabrosos. 🍹 En bebidas tienen de todo. Pedí La Noche Buena, un Coquito tradicional y uno de los cócteles más deliciosos que he probado. Y la Kola Champagne, una soda importada de Puerto Rico que sabe a chicle 😍🥤 ¿A quién invitarías por un Jibarito? 😏🇵🇷🔥 @poncerestaurant_ @@nws_cdc @choosechicago 📍Ponce Restaurant 4313 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL 60639 (773) 486-3148 __________________________ Authentic Puerto Rican Food in Chicago | Ponce Restaurant 🇵🇷🔥 I visited Ponce Restaurant in Belmont Cragin, and it literally transports you straight to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷✨. The owners are Puerto Rican and the food is super authentic. 🔥 I started with one of my favorites: the Steak Jibarito. It’s like a sandwich but made with crispy tostones instead of bread, served with arroz con gandules. I loved the spicy sauce! 😂🌶️ But wow… that Jibarito was amazing. You have to come try one. 🍲 I also tried Sancocho for the first time; beef, corn, yuca, sweet plantain, and white rice. Perfect for Chicago’s cold weather ❄️ 🤤 And of course, the Puerto Rican classics: alcapurrias and rellenos de papa. Super crunchy and delicious. 🍹 They also serve alcoholic drinks. I ordered La Noche Buena, a traditional Coquito, one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had.
