I have a love hate relationship with this women I agree with so much she says but I think she looks at single mothers through one lens. Single mothers are not just women who were frivolous I’m a widow and my youngest daughter’s father died before we were married. Most single mothers don’t teach their daughters to not need a man. I think they impart that life happens and if you end up single they impart the wisdom and strength to do so. And yes being a widow I should have married again before having a baby but I would have been a widow x’s 2 not just once. Let’s look at the whole picture. Just saying.
