A lot of people assume Talia wasn't a good mother because of where Damian was originally raised. That couldn't be furthest from the truth. Yes, his childhood was harsh. He didn't deserve that. But Talia is often written as loving and fiercely protective, the one good thing he had in the league. And then there's THOSE writers who portray her as just a villain. She can be morally grey and a wonderful mom. Those things don't cancel each other out! Talia supremacy!

Honestly depends on what timeline you reading because I know in one timeline Catwoman is his mother both in the show and I believe in a few comics but again depends on what timeline we go with.
