if you’re a sydney local, cabramatta is already known for incredible vietnamese food… but tucked away is a quiet little favourite — seeker ☕️Seeker Cafe it’s often described by locals as a hidden gem for hand-whisked matcha 🍵, shokupan 🍞, and seriously solid coffee. the space itself is super calm — lots of natural light ✨, clean aesthetic seating, and honestly a great spot to sit and catch up without rushing. staff are also genuinely warm and welcoming, which makes it easy to stay way longer than planned 💛 𓂃 what we ordered 𓂃 • michael jackson — black cold brew, citrus zest, cream, nutmeg & chocolate ($8.50) ☕️🍊 • molly had a dolly — shizuoka matcha cream, silver jasmine & kinako 🍵🌸 • special drink — matcha + thai milk tea fusion (from memory) 🧋 𓂃 thoughts 𓂃 the mj was the standout. it’s basically a mont blanc-style cold brew, and the texture of the cream completely changes the experience — silky, light, and perfectly balanced. the citrus doesn’t overpower the coffee at all; it lifts it just enough while keeping everything super clean on the palate 🍫🍋 as a matcha and coffee spot, seeker really leans into balance over intensity — nothing feels gimmicky, everything feels intentional. definitely one of those places you finish and immediately start planning your next order @seekercoffee #sydneycafe #cabramatta #sydneyfood #sydney #sydneyeats
