The semi drove like the truck wasn't even there. Didn't break, honk or swerve

for the first clip two things can be true at once. yes the truck shouldn't have been stopped in the middle of the road with no hazards at a green light. but also the trucker didn't even slow down. they are both likely at fault to some degree
